Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are figured by weights assigned to individual items and include packaging requirements for ceramic items. For single items, the charges that appear at checkout are precise. For multiple items, the charges reflected may be too high and a refund of excess shipping charges will be sent to you with the items. If the shipping address is different than the billing address the refund will be sent to your billing address. For custom items that are approved prior to shipping, the exact shipping charges will be figured in the payment. All items are insured for full replacement value. If any item needs to be returned, make sure the charges are apparent on or in the package so I can reimburse the charges to you. Thanks!
